Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We sell Authentic Manufacture Sealed Products, we are not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents. This includes but is not limited too the following: Small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other imperfections to the packaging material, the contents are packaged by the manufacture and any indiscretions is out of our control.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds & Cancelations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All cancelations are subject to a 20% processing fee.

 

Bot Usage & Fraud Policy

Due to the limited availability and high demand of our products, we strictly enforce our bot usage and fraud prevention policies. Any order placed using automated purchasing bots is subject to the following conditions:

  • If you are found to have used a bot and request a cancellation, we reserve the right to deny your request entirely.
  • If a cancellation is approved, a processing fee of 20-50% may be applied due to the use of automation in securing the purchase.
  • All cancellations, regardless of the reason, are subject to a minimum 20% processing fee.
  • Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims: If you submit a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to report the incident to law enforcement in New Jersey and your local jurisdiction for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Refunds on Preorder Product

There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.

IF YOU FORGET TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE WE WILL NOT ADJUST IT. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNT CODES GIVEN AFTER AND ORDER IS PLACED.  IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL IT STILL FALLS UNDER OUR POLICY OF 20% FEE.
